The plain-English terms

1. What we do

You send us your own medical images (or images you have permission to share). We use AI computer tools to look at them and write an explanation in everyday language, with questions you can ask your doctor. Depending on what you choose, we may also make a 3D model and a more detailed report.

2. What we don’t do

• We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
• Our results are not read or signed by a doctor or radiologist.
• AI tools can miss things that are there and point out things that are not. Your official report from your doctor or hospital is what counts.
• Do not start, stop, or change any treatment because of our results. Talk with your doctor first.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may send a child’s scan.
• Only send images that are yours, or that you have the right to share (for example, as a caregiver with permission).
• Keep access to your e-mail safe. Anyone who can read your e-mail can sign in as you.

4. Prices, coupons and refunds

• Prices are shown on the price guide before you pay. You pay once per order. Nothing renews.
• Coupon codes can lower the price. Each code has its own limits (for example, which choices it works for, how many times, and until when). Codes have no cash value.
• If you picked the wrong choice, we will contact you before doing the work. We will never charge you more without your OK.
• If we can’t use your files, we refund your payment in full. If you change your mind before we start your review, contact us for a full refund. Once your results are delivered, we can’t give refunds, but please tell us if something is wrong and we’ll make it right.

5. How long it takes

Most results are ready within 3 business days after payment. This is a goal, not a guarantee. Do not use MyScanGuide when you need an answer quickly; ask your doctor.

6. Your results

Your results are yours to keep, print, and share with your doctors. Please don’t sell them or present them as a doctor’s report.

7. Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to give helpful, careful explanations, but we provide the service “as is.” To the extent the law allows, MyScanGuide is not responsible for decisions made based on our results, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. You can stop using MyScanGuide and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that misuse the service.
